Refunds & cancellations

Because a file can't be returned, digital products are not refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken, incomplete or won't open, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Download links work for 7 days and 5 downloads; if yours runs out, we'll send a new one.

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund them, including shipping. Printed items are made to order, so we replace misprints and damage but cannot take back a correct item because of a change of mind about size or colour.

A deposit books your build slot and buys materials. It is fully refundable until work on your piece starts. Once work has started, the deposit covers the materials and time already spent and is not refundable; the balance is due before delivery.

If a finished piece has a defect in workmanship, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair it.

Onboarding fee: refundable in full if you cancel before the onboarding session takes place; not refundable after the session.

Build fee: charged per site only after its 15-day review ends, so you never pay for a site before you have seen it live. Changes within what you asked for during the review are free.

Monthly plan: cancel any time by email; the plan stops at the end of the month already started, which is not refunded. Your domain stays yours, and sales made on your site are always paid to your own Stripe account.

Email hello@fandflabz.com with your order number or domain. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
