Enquiries: when you use the form on the Commissions page I store your name, email, optional city/ZIP, what you would like made, the budget range you picked, and your message, and I receive a copy by email.

Newsletter: if you sign up, I store your email address and where on the site you signed up.

Orders: your name, email, shipping address (for physical items) and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never reach this site.

Digital products: download links are personal, expire after 7 days and allow 5 downloads; I record how often a link was used.

Affiliate links: when you click a link that goes through /go/, I count the click with the referring page (without its query string) and a country code supplied by the hosting provider. IP addresses are not stored.

This site uses a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage: your light/dark theme choice, your language, and the contents of your shopping bag (stored in your browser). There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site today. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Stores you visit through an affiliate link (such as Amazon) set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Service providers that make the site work: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery, payments (Stripe) and print-on-demand fulfilment for printed items (Printful receives the name and address needed to ship). Each only gets what it needs for its task.

Anti-spam: the contact and newsletter forms rate-limit by a temporary, salted hash of your IP address held in server memory only; it is never written to the database or logs.

Enquiries and newsletter sign-ups until you ask me to delete them. Order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Website-plan clients’ account records are kept while the plan runs and for as long as tax rules require afterwards.

This site is not directed at children under 13. Kids’ project kits are meant to be bought by an adult.
